摘要
利用离散元分析软件EDEM,建立了排矸系统矸石输送的离散元模型,对矸石输送过程进行仿真分析,得出输送带输送速度越低,溜槽堵塞越严重;通过对2种形状颗粒按不同比例混合进行仿真,结果表明,不同形状颗粒混合比单一形状颗粒堵塞严重,条形颗粒容易堵塞输送管道。据此提出了一系列防堵措施,为矸石输送管道防堵提供理论依据。
Using the Discrete Element Method software EDEM,a row of gangue delivery discrete element model was established and simulation analysis of coal transport processis also being done. It is found that the lower the conveyor belt speed is,the more serious the chute plugs;the shape of the particles through the two shape mixes in different proportions,simulation results show that the mixing of different-shaped particles will be more severe than the single shape of the particles clogging,shaped particles are more prone to clogging pipes. According to these a series of measure aiming are put forward,so as to provide a theoretical basisfor the gangue pipeline blockades.
