摘要
运用Pro/NC模块中曲面加工自动编程的4种方法,对拨叉模型进行加工,生成相应的走刀轨迹和G代码。在VERICUT中加工仿真,并在AUTO-DIFF模块下对4种加工方式进行比较分析,阐明各自的适用范围;并对切削时间进行优化。结合实际零件,在实验台上验证加工效果。结果表明,采取该方法可为实际加工提供指导,提高加工效率。
Article apply four kinds of methods of automatic programming surface machining in Pro/NC,use the methods on shifting yoke,then generate the tool path and G code. Through VERICUT simulate the process,Compare and analysis the different machining method in AUTO-DIFF,and determine the application of each method;then optimize the machining time.Combined with the actual?parts,verify the effect of machining. The results show that this method can direct the actual machining and improve the efficiency.
