摘要
以齿轮箱作为研究对象,针对其运行信号大多为非平稳振动信号,以DSP-TMS320F28335为中央处理器搭建硬件部分,并在开发板原有基础上针对上位机外设和接口进行改造。对应硬件平台设计了系统的软件部分:首先在CCS V3.3中编写Main函数,包括数据采集、数据存储、通信、故障诊断、数据发送;其次使用Matlab中nntool工具箱搭建齿轮箱故障诊断BP神经网络,提取权值与阈值,之后用C语言改写成可以嵌入DSP中的程序,以此对故障进行识别,最后利用3G数据网络,将DSP得到的诊断结果以及部分原始数据通过无线传输方式传至上位机。
Gearbox is a research subjects,for the most gearbox running signals are non-stationary signals, build the hardware section by DSP-TMS320F28335, and transformation the PC peripherals and interfaces based on the original development board. Corresponding hardware platform design software part of the system: first writing Main functions in CCS V3.3, including data collection, data storage, communication, fault diagnosis, data transmission; secondly using nntool in Matlab toolbox to built gearbox fault diagnosis BP nerve network, with a threshold value to extract the right,then using the C language rewritten to the program can be embedded in the DSP, in order to identify the fault, and finally the use of 3G data network, the diagnostic results obtained by DSP and part of the original data is transmitted to PC by wireless transmission.
