特殊环境工作人员知识结构对口腔卫生保健行为影响的分析

Effect of knowledge structure on oral health behavior in radiation exposure staff

目的:探讨长期低剂量慢性辐射对特殊环境工作人员口腔疾病发病情况的影响,了解相关人员口腔卫生行为现状情况,以便客观分析特殊环境工作人员的口腔健康状况,为进一步提高防护能力提供依据。方法:采用世界卫生组织公布的口腔健康调查基本方法和标准器材,并根据实际情况需要设定了口腔健康调查项目,参考最新WHO标准,对特殊环境工作人员口腔卫生行为现状进行问卷调查分析,获得数据进行统计分析。结果:半数以上(57.5%)不使用漱口水。在不同文化程度组间,通常使用什么类型的漱口水各组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。极少有使用牙线者(1.2%)。88.6%调查对象很少或不使用牙签。在不同文化程度组间,是否有使用牙签的习惯各组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:特殊环境工作人员对使用漱口水、选择适合的漱口水及使用牙线、牙签进行口腔保健的意识薄弱,相关保健知识缺乏,提示我们在口腔保健知识方面的健康教育和预防治疗措施有待加强。

Objective：To study the status of oral health behavior in long-term low-dose radiation exposure staff.Methods：The questionnaire survey about oral health behavior was performed for radiation exposure staff,and the survey data was statistically analyzed.Results：Only 42.5% staff used mouthwashes,1.2% staff used dental flosses and 11.4% used toothpicks.There were significant differences in mouthwash types and usage of toothpicks among different educational background groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Long-term low-dose radiation would break the physiological balance.The radiation exposure staff lack the related oral health knowledge,and the oral health education and preventative and therapeutic measures should be adopted.
