摘要
克氏原螯虾部分养殖区域由于过量投饵导致富营养化,容易产生微囊藻毒素MC-LR(Microcystin-leucine-arginine),其对克氏原螯虾的生长发育和繁殖都有不利影响。本文研究了在4个MC-LR胁迫浓度(0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.4 mg/L,0.8 mg/L)下克氏原螯虾成虾的生长、摄食和能量收支的影响。结果表明,在高浓度MC-LR胁迫条件下(0.8 mg/L),克氏原螯虾的生长率显著低于相应的无胁迫对照组,且差异达到显著水平。研究结果显示随着MC-LR浓度的升高,在0.8 mg/L MC-LR胁迫下,能量分配模式中克氏原螯虾呼吸能所占比例显著升高。研究表示克氏原螯虾在MC-LR胁迫下食物吸收率(FI)和食物转化率(FCE)没有显著变化,但一定浓度上的MC-LR胁迫会显著提高克氏原螯虾的维持代谢,增加其机体氧化应激状态。
Microcystin-leucine-arginine(MC-LR) has adverse effects effects on different aquatic animals.This paper studied the effects of MC-LR at 4 concentration(0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.4 mg/L and 0.8 mg/L) on the growth,feeding and energy budget of crawfish Procambarus clarkii. The results showed that,in high concentration of MC-LR(0.8 mg/L),the crayfish growth rate(SGR)was significantly lower than the blank control group. The feedings(FI,FCE) showed no significantly difference between the low and high concentration MC-LR groups. In this research with the increase of MC-LR concentration,the pattern of energy budget of Procambarus clarkii can significantly increased the proportion of respiration. The research suggested that MC-LR could cause oxidative stress state in crawfish and significantly increase its maintain metabolism.
