摘要
介绍了300 kt/a复合肥装置冷却工序低位热能回收技术及关键设备。采用低位热能回收技术后,干燥后的产品含水质量分数<0.8%,不仅降低了天然气消耗量,而且可回收冷却工序带回的大量粉尘,经济和社会效益显著。
The low grade heat recovery technology and key equipment of cooling system of 300 kt/a compound fertilizer unit are introduced.After use of low grade heat recovery technology,the moisture mass fraction of dried product is 〈0.8%,not only is the natural gas consumption decreased, but also the large quantity of dust brought back from cooling system is recovered,resulting in significant economic and social benefit.
