摘要 采用等体积替代法,通过弯拉试验,分析橡胶粉掺量及种类对RICC混凝土的弯拉应变和应变能密度的影响,并利用方差分析和盈亏平衡点分析来确定橡胶粉的最佳掺量。结果表明:随着橡胶粉掺量增加,弯拉应变和应变能密度的变化趋势相似,且在7d龄期时达到最大,改性橡胶粉RICC混凝土弯拉应变和应变能密度优势明显;橡胶粉掺量对弯拉应变和应变能密度的影响显著,而橡胶粉种类对应变能密度的影响不显著;盈亏平衡点分析确定橡胶粉的最佳掺量为14%。 Equal-volume substitution method and flexural-tensile test were applied to analyze the impact of amount and types of rubber powder on the flexural-tensile strain and density of strain energy of rubber interlocking-dense cement eoncrete(RICC), and analysis of variance(ANOVA) and break-even point analysis (BEP) were used to determine the optimum mixing amount of rubber powder. The results show that with the rubber powder amount increasing, the flexural- tensile strain and density of strain energy present similar tendency, both reaching the maximum at the age of 7d. ANOVA shows that the rubber amount has significant impact on the flexural-tensile strain and density of strain energy, while the influence of rubber type is not that obvious. The optimum mixing amount is 14%, which is acquired by break-even point analysis.
