摘要
针对材质为5CrMnMo的摊铺机刀片常在使用中表面出现裂纹的现象,通过磁粉探伤、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法对裂纹产生原因进行了分析研究,从工艺控制方面提出了改进措施,为今后磨削裂纹的鉴定、控制与预防方面提供了一些理论参考依据及解决办法。
Aimed at the cracks shown on paver blade made from 5CrMnMo, the reasons for the cracking were studied whh magnetic particle inspection, chemical composition analysis, hardness test and metallographic examination. Improvement measures for technical control were proposed. which provide some theoretical basis and solution to crack identification, prevention and control.
