摘要
对大学的实验室来讲,实验室的队伍建设是非常关键的一项内容,它能够直接影响到实验室的教学水平与管理质量。论述了大学实验室队伍建设的现状,分析认为实验室队伍建设没有引起足够的重视、实验室队伍缺少稳定性、实验室人员的综合素质比较低、实验室管理评价机制不够完善。并针对这些问题,提出应增加实验室的人力与物力投入、完善稳定的实验室队伍机制、提高实验室人员的综合素质、做好实验室人员的发展规划、建立校、院、室三级管理体制和岗位聘任制。
University laboratory in terms of team building is critical laboratory an element, which can directly affect the quality of teaching and management level of the laboratory. This paper discusses the status of university laboratories exist team building, team building that the laboratory did not attract enough attention,laboratory teams lack stability, the overall quality of laboratory personnel is relatively low, laboratory management evaluation mechanism is not perfect. And for these problems, we should increase the human and material resources labs, improve stability of the laboratory team mechanism, improve the overall quality of the laboratory personnel, good laboratory personnel development plan, the establishment of schools, hospital, room three-tier management institutional and post appointment system.
