针对故障树分析法和马尔科夫状态空间法在进行继电保护系统可靠性评估时的不足,通过介绍继电保护系统故障检测和可靠性评估的基本概念、原理和设计思想,提出了基于故障元件判别原理的继电保护系统故障在线检测和在线自适应整定的实现方法,并引入专家决策系统进行继电保护系统的故障检测与评估。

According to the insufficiency of the method of fault tree and the method of Markov state space in the reliability evaluation of relay protection system,this article introduces the basic concepts,principles and designing ideas about the fault detection and reliability evaluation of relay protection system.It not only has put forward the proposed methods about the fault detection and reliability evaluation of relay protection system on the basis of the principles of judging fault components,but also introduces the expert decision- making system in order to assessment the fault detection.
