摘要
针对电子产品向小型化、高密度和高速度发展及PCB设计复杂程度大大增加的趋势,该文在PCB设计中引入可制造性分析技术,并在项目中进行可制造性分析应用。在设计阶段尽可能多的发现并解决了生产阶段才能暴露的质量问题,提高了PCB设计的一次成功率,降低了生产成本,缩短了产品的研制周期。
Aim at the development of electronic production to miniaturization,higher density,faster speed,which makes the complexity of PCB designing increased,this paper adopts the technology of design for manufacturability in PCB designing.And the technology is applied in concrete item.In designing stage,this technology can detect and resolve problems as much as possible,which may be discovered in production stage.And this technology improves the success rate of PCB design,which can reduce the cost of production and shorten the development cycle of production.
