制动鼓冷却水循环系统流量需求分析

摘要 设计了一套商用车制动鼓冷却水循环系统,该系统可以回收并循环利用水箱中的冷却水。基于传热学理论,运用三维流体软件分析了在车辆下长坡持续制动工况下,制动鼓表面温度特性,流体温度特性,以及在不同车速和冷却水流量下制动鼓表面温度特性。利用软件拟合得到制动鼓表面温度与制动车速和冷却水流量之间的变化关系,在给定的评价指标下得出了不同车速制动时冷却水的流量需求。 A set of brake drum cooling circulation system was designed for commercial vehicle.The system can recovery and recycle the cooling water in the tank.Based on the theory of heat transfer, the temperature characteristics on brake drum surface and temperature of cooling water were calculated in the condition of continuous braking under the long slope by fluid software, as well as the temperature characteristics of brake drum surface at different speed and cooling water flow.The relative relationship of the brake drum surface temperature, vehicle braking speed and brake cooling water flow was simulated by MATLAB.The demand of cooling water under different braking speed in a given evaluation index was then obtained.
