商用车转向系统的操控性与能耗分析及展望 被引量:3

摘要 从操控性和能耗的角度说明了提高商用车转向系统性能的重要性,分析了当前商用车上液压助力转向(HPS)、电控液压转向(ECHPS)、电动液压助力转向(EHPS)和电动助力转向(EPS)等转向系统的技术特点和能耗情况;通过计算重型商用车原地转向的阻力矩,指出了重型商用车对转向系统的功率要求;展望了商用车转向系统的发展方向,即高电压系统下的大功率电动助力转向,或在HPS的转向泵与发动机之间增加控制装置,实现"按需"输出转向功率,既保证转向操纵安全性和稳定性,又降低商用车转向系统的能耗。 The importance of improving the performance of commercial vehicle steering system was demonstrated in terms of maneuverability and energy consumption.The technical features and situation of energy consumption of various commercial vehi-cle steering systems were contrastively analyzed, including hydraulic power steering ( HPS) , electronically controlled hydraulic steering ( ECHPS) , electric hydraulic power steering ( EHPS) , electric power steering ( EPS) and so on.Through the calcula-tion of steering resisting torque of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, the steering system power requirement on heavy commercial vehicle was presented.Based on the above analysis, the future development of commercial vehicle steering system was concluded that it is high-power EPS actuated by high voltage electric system or a newly steering system equipped with adjusting device be-tween the engine and the hydraulic power steering pump transmitting power as needed, which both ensures steering safety and sta-bility, and reduces energy consumption of commercial vehicle steering system.
