Mechanism of Multilateral Negotiations on Project Risk Sharing under IPD Delivery Model

论述了IPD项目的基本特征,认为风险的合理分担是综合项目交付模式(IPD)成功实施的基本前提,理性机制为IPD团队的形成创造了可能性,承担风险的成员可通过激励补偿机制得到相应的利益补偿,通过高效的多边协商机制达到多方利益平衡。基于以上考虑,提出了IPD项目风险分担的多边谈判机制模型,解决了IPD项目中的风险分配与收益共享问题。

＂ The risk and profit sharing＂ is the basic characteristic of IPD. In order to implement an integrated project delivery model （IPD） successfully, the basic premise is reasonable risk -sharing. Rational mechanism creates a possibility for the formation of IPD team. Members of the risk can be compensated by the corresponding interest incentive compensation mechanism to achieve a balance of interests through multi - efficient multilateral negotiations. Traditional project participants as individuals can form collaborative groups, at the same time to achieve the project objectives, to achieve ＂win - win situation. ＂ Based on the above principle, a multilateral negotiation mechanism IPD project risk sharing model was proposed to solve the problem of IPD project risk allocation and revenue sharing issues.
