全程优质护理模式对老年手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的改善效果

Analysis of the effect of the entire high quality nursing mode on the improvement of the anxiety and depression in the elderly operative patients

目的 :探讨全程优质护理模式改善老年手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的效果。方法 :随机抽取2012年1月至2014年12月行手术治疗的老年患者81例,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采取常规手术专业护理,包括饮食指导、术后康复指导等。观察组在基础护理上,采取全程优质护理干预,包括术前护理、心理干预、术中护理、术后护理。观察两组患者治疗依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和护理满意度。结果 :干预前,两组患者治疗依从性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者治疗依从性均高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :全程优质护理模式对老年手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的改善效果较好。

Objective： To explore the effect of the entire high quality nursing mode on the improvement of the anxiety and depression in the elderly operative patients. Methods： From Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2014, 81 cases of the elderly patients treated surgically were randomly selected and divided into an observation group with 41 cases and a control group with 40 ones. The control group was cared by the regular professional nursing, including the diet guidance, postoperative rehabilitation guidance and others. On the basis of the basic nursing, the observation group was intervened with the entire high quality nursing, including the preoperative nursing, psychological intervention, nursing during the operation, and postoperative nursing. The treatment compliance, the scores of SAS, and SDS, and the nursing satisfaction were observed in the patients of two groups. Results： The difference in the treatment compliance before the intervention had no statistical significance in the patients of two groups（P〉0.05） and the treatment compliance of all the patients was higher after the intervention than before the intervention and in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference in the scores of SAS and SDS had no statistical significance before the intervention（P〉0.05） and the scores of SAS and SDS for both groups were lower after the intervention than before（P〈0.05） and in the observation group than in the control one（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control one（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of the entire high quality nursing mode is good for the improvement of the anxiety and depression in the elderly operative patients.
