在当前的国际环境下,推动人民币国际化的重要环节之一,就是逐步让人民币在离岸市场连续流动和交易起来,建立起完善的离岸循环机制,包括流出、流通和回流环节。"一带一路"战略的推出为促进人民币流出境外创造了条件,我们需要在此基础上探讨促进人民币境外实现自循环,进而进一步推动人民币国际化的途径。

In the current international environment, one of the important factors in promoting RMB internationalisation is to allow RMB to continuously flow and transact in the offshore market and establish a perfect offshore RMB circulation mechanism, including flow, circulation and return. The implementation of the strategy of＂one belt and one road＂has created an ideal condition for RMB to flow abroad, based on which the realization of self-independent circulation of RMB in the overseas market needs to be further discussed, thus further promoting RMB internationalization.
