摘要 分析大高差集中供热系统中的常见问题及产生的原因。结合工程实例,通过水压图对比,分析长输蒸汽、设置加压泵站、设置隔压换热站三种方案的优缺点,最终采用设置隔压换热站方案。通过确定合理的定压点压力、选用和设置合适的阀门、合理设置自控系统以及采用动态水力分析防止汽化和水击。 The common problems and their cau-ses of the centralized heat-supply system with large ele-vation difference are analyzed. Combined with the pro-ject case, the advantages and disadvantages of threeschemes, including long-distance steam transmission,installation of boost pumping station and compartmentpressure heat exchange station are analyzed by compa-ring the pressure diagrams, and the scheme of installa-tion of compartment pressure heat exchange station isfinally adopted. The vaporization and water hammerare avoided by determining the reasonable pressure atpressurization points, selecting and installing suitablevalves, reasonably installing the auto-control systemand using the dynamic hydraulic analysis.
