摘要
为了准确预测自升式平台桩腿插桩深度,考虑接触效应和流-固耦合理论,基于ADINA软件建立了饱和土体条件下桩-土相互作用模型,采用API规范和数值计算两种方法对某自升式平台桩腿插桩深度进行预估,并与实际结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,两种计算方法计算得出的荷载-贯入曲线趋势基本一致。规范计算结果与实际相近,但存在突变点;数值计算结果连续,且与实际结果的差值在可接受范围内。因此,在实际工程中建议采取两种方法对桩腿插桩深度预估进行综合评价,并针对该复杂地层桩腿易发生穿刺破坏提出几点要求。
In order to accurately predict the depth of jack-up platform leg into the seabed,the contact effect and fluidsolid coupled theory are employed.Based on ADINA software,a numerical model of pile-saturated soil interaction is established comprehensively,and compared with the practical results.It is demonstrated that the trend of calculated load- penetration depth curves under two methods is basically the same.Meanwhile the curve derived from the API formula is close to the practical value but with suddenly changing point.The curve derived from numerical formula is continuous and the difference with the practical value is within acceptable range.So it is recommended that the two methods should be adopted to estimate the spud leg penetration depth in practical engineering comprehensively.Based on the above results,several pieces of advice are put forward aiming at preventing the penetration damage for spud leg in complex strata condition.
