海洋模块钻机低压泥浆管汇设计

摘要 由于海上平台空间及吊装资源的限制,海洋模块钻机的设计越来越趋向于集约化、轻型化、模块化。减小钻井支持模块尺寸及质量的关键问题是如何减小钻井支持模块泥浆泵房的尺寸。根据海洋模块钻机泥浆系统的工艺流程及钻井支持模块泥浆泵房的布局,对海洋模块钻机低压泥浆系统的管道进行集成,设计为低压泥浆管汇,从而缓解和改善泥浆泵房间相对局促、拥挤的现状,有利于海洋模块钻机结构优化。 Due to the constraints of offshore platform space and hoisting equipment capacity,offshore drilling rig design tends to be more intensive,lightweight and modular.The key problem of reducing drilling support module size and weight is how to reduce the size of mud pump room in drilling support module.According to the mud system process of offshore modular drilling rig and general layout for mud pump room,the pipelines in the low pressure mud system are integrated and designed to be a low pressure mud system manifold,so as to ease the situation of crowded mud pump room and to be conducive to optimizing the structure of offshore modular drilling rig.
