摘要
以长庆气田2013年建设的第四天然气净化厂为例,对脱硫脱碳工艺提出了11项优化措施,涉及塔内件结构、溶液酸气负荷、原料气过滤精度、原料天然气温度控制、装置对组分变化的适应能力、吸收塔填料设置、酸气焚烧模式、再生系统材质选择、冷却方式、放空规模和脱水尾气处理等。项目经过一年的实际运行,达到了扩大装置处理规模,增强装置适应原料气组分变化能力,以及提高安全环保等级的目的,对类似天然气净化厂的建设具有一定的借鉴作用。
Taking the Fourth Natural Gas Purification Plant in Chanqing Oilfield,that was built in 2013,for example,this paper brings forward 11 items of optimization measures of desulfurization and decarbonization process,involving structure of tower internalparts,sour gas loading of solution,raw gas filtration precision,raw gas temperature control,adaptability of equipment to composition verification,packing material setting in absorption tower,sour gas burning way,regeneration system material selection,cooling way,gas discharging scale and dehydrated exhaust gas treatment.After the process optimization,the equipment reaches the goal of expanding treatment scale,enhancing adaptability to raw gas composition verification and raising the class of safety and environmentalprotection.
