大型场站建设中管道焊接材料用量的计算

摘要 从经济、技术角度及管道管端常用的坡口型式、焊接方法入手,对石化行业大型场站建设中管道焊接材料用量的计算方法进行了介绍。通过公式修整以及前期施工过程中的阶段性计算检查,得出更准确的焊接材料用量计算公式,并利用Microsoft Excel软件进行计算。采用此计算方法对后期施工过程中所需各种焊材用量进行了计算,有效避免了焊材,特别是价格昂贵的双相不锈钢焊丝、焊条的积压和浪费,经济效益显著。 From the economical and technical viewpoint,and based on the pipe- end bevel forms and welding methods in common use,the methods for calculating pipeline welding material quantity in large station construction in petrochemical industry are introduced.By means of formula modification and calculative checks at early construction stages,the more accurate formulas of pipeline welding material quantity are derived,and the calculation is conducted by Microsoft Excel.This method is then used to calculate the pipeline welding material quantity at later construction stages.It can avoid overstocking and waste of welding materials,especially of expensive two- phase stainless steelwelding wires and welding rods.So the economic benefit is obvious.
