摘要
探讨波兰成人教育的发展历程,分析波兰继续教育的现状,具体包括机构的类型、入学要求、学费和对成人学习者的资助、教学方法、培训者、对学习者的评价、认证、成人教育的数量和规模,总结波兰继续教育存在的问题和未来的对策。
The paper explores the history of continuing education in Poland,analyzes the status of continuing education in Poland,which includes the type of institutions,entry requirements,tuition and financial support for adult learners,teaching methods,trainers,evaluation of learner,certification,number and size of adult education,and summarizes the problems and future countermeasures of continuing education in Poland.
