大学生人际交往效能感与成就动机的关系研究

Study on relationship between college students' sense of interpersonal association efficacy and achievement motivation

探讨大学生人际交往效能感与成就动机的关系,采用大学生人际交往效能感量表与成就动机量表对300名大学生进行测量。结果显示:总体上,大学生人际交往效能感与成就动机显著正相关,人际交往效能感各维度与追求成功的动机显著正相关,与避免失败的动机显著负相关;亲和效能、情绪控制效能、利他效能可以有效预测个体的成就动机,亲和效能与自我价值感有效预测追求成功的动机,情绪控制效能与沟通效能对避免失败的动机有显著地负向预测作用。

To explore the relationship between college students＂ sense of interpersonal association efficacy and achievement motivation , we recruited 300 college students from a normal university for the present study. The subjects responded to the Scale of college Students＂ Sense of Interpersonal Association Efficacy and Achievement Motivation Scale. The results showed that： On the whole, we found significantly positive correlation between sense of interpersonal association efficacy and achievement motivation, each dimension of interpersonal association efficacy positively correlate with chasing achievement motivation, and negative correlation existed between college students＇interpersonal association ef- ficacy and avoiding failure motivation;Among dimensions of college students＂ interpersonal association efficacy, the agreeable efficacy, the mood administrative efficacy and altruism efficacy had good prediction for achievement motivation, the agreeable efficacy and self-value can partly predict the motivation of chasing achievement, and the mood administrative efficacy and communicating efficacy have good negative prediction for motivation to avoid failure.
