摘要
在分析电动助力转向系统(EPS)结构和工作原理的基础上,建立了转矩传感器、输入转向轴、输出转向轴及助力电机的数学模型,设计了直线型EPS助力特性曲线。提出了一种带输入信号相位超前补偿的增量式闭环PID控制策略。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,建立了EPS系统仿真模型,对所设计的控制策略进行仿真。仿真结果表明:所设计的控制策略提高了EPS工作的实时性,可以满足汽车行驶时低速转向的轻便性和高速转向保持较强路感的要求。
Based on the structure and working principle of electric power steering system ( EPS), the dynamic models of torque sensor, input shaft, output shaft, assist motor and linear assist characteristic curves are established. A phase lead compensation control strategy of incremental closed-loop PID control was proposed. Based on MATLAB/Simulink, the simulation model of EPS was established. The simulation results show that the designed control strategy promotes the real-time performance of the system, and alleviates the contradiction between the steering agility and the sense of road, proving the validity of the control strategy.
