摘要 目的 :设计一种松紧可调的减张切口缝合器,根据伤情需要,可以不定时对有张力的切口进行松紧调节,最后闭合切口,替代传统多次缝合或者植皮的方法。方法:缝合器采用铝合金材质或高分子聚乙烯材质设计,每套包括2个固定块,分别固定于创口两侧缘,以拉线连接。一侧固定块设有拉绳卡簧,可对拉线进行弹性固定,并根据创口张力大小通过拉绳来不断拉拢创缘,使创口逐渐闭合。结果:将缝合器应用于面积不太大的不能一期闭合的创面,可渐进拉拢闭合创面,尤其是高度肿胀肢体的减张切口,肿胀消退后,可完全闭合切口,且对合良好,无需再次缝合、植皮。结论:该缝合器为张力切口伤者提供了一种减少二次或多次伤害、减少医生工作量、缩短伤口愈合时间、节约医疗资源的一种新型的医疗技术,提高了治疗效果。 Objective To design an adjustable surgical stitching device to regulate the tension of the incision and then close it. Methods The device was made of aluminum alloy or macromolecular polyethylene, and composed of two fix blocks at both sides of the incision and connected with a bracing wire. One block was equipped with a clip spring to fix the wire elastically, and the wire could be regulated according to the tension of the incision continuously until the incision was closed. Results The device could be used for the small-sized wound unfit for primary closure, especially the incision in a highly swollen limb, to close the wound completely, which eliminated the needs for suture and skin graft. Conclusion The device can decrease secondary damage, doctor's workload, healing time and medical resource consumption.
