摘要
目的:探讨雅培i2000全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪剩余试剂检测的可行性。方法:利用剩余试剂分别检测特定血清甲胎蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)、癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、糖类抗原199(carbohydrate antigen 199,CA-199)的浓度,进行精密度、准确度分析,并与原装试剂分别检测这3个项目的低、中、高3个浓度的同一组血清标本做均值比较及相关性分析。结果:剩余试剂检测AFP、CEA、CA-199的精密度变异系数(coefficient of variation,CV)均小于5%,符合相关标准,准确度结果较好;2种试剂检测血清样本结果呈良好的线性关系(r>0.95),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雅培i2000全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪的剩余试剂可以进行AFP、CEA、CA-199检测,能够保证检验质量,降低检测成本。
Objective To explore the feasibility of detection by using remaining reagent of Abbott i2000 automatic electrochemical luminescence analyzer. Methods The remaining and original reagents of the analyzer were both used to detect the concentrations of AFP, CEA and CA-199 in low-, medium- and high-concentration serums, the precisions and accuracies were analyzed, and the mean comparison and correlation analysis were carried out. Results The remaining reagent had the precisions for AFP, CEA and CA-199 all less than 5% which accorded with the national standard, and also behaved well in the accuracy. There was a high correlation between the detecting results by the remaining and original reagents, with r〉0.95 and P〉0.05. Conclusion The remaining reagent of Abbott i2000 automatic electrochemical luminescence analyzer can be used to test AFP, CEA and CA-199, with detection quality ensured and cost decreased.
