Synthesis and structural characterization of 2-methoxy-4-oxo-3-oxa-bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-6,6-dicarboxylate

5-甲氧基-2(5H)-呋喃酮与溴代丙二酸二乙酯通过Michael加成、分子内亲核取代反应得到了环丙烷/丁内酯衍生物2-甲氧基-4-氧代-3-氧杂双环[3.1.0]己烷-6,6-二甲酸二乙酯,其结构通过1H NMR、13C NMR、X-射线单晶衍射进行了确认。

A cyclopropane/butyrolactone derivative 2-methoxy-4-oxo-3-oxa-bicyclo[3. 1. 0]hexane-6,6-dicarboxylate was synthesized through Michael addition,internal nucleophilic substitution reaction of 5-methoxy-2（ 5H）-furanone and bromomalonic acid diethyl ester. The structure of the title compound was confirmed through1 H NMR、13C NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction.
