护胃软胶囊对胃粘膜损伤的辅助保护研究

Protection of a protective stomach soft capsule against gastric mucosal damage

目的研究护胃软胶囊对胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法 SPF级雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为5组,护胃软胶囊低、中、高剂量组(0.25、0.50、1.50 g/kg·bw),对照组、模型组。灌胃30 d后,采用无水乙醇诱导急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠的胃黏膜损伤程度。结果 0.5、1.50 g/kg·bw剂量组大鼠胃粘膜损伤积分指数明显低于模型对照组,1.50 g/kg·bw剂量组胃粘膜病理组织学检查病变积分明显低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护胃软胶囊对酒精诱导胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型具有明显的辅助保护作用。

Objective To study the protective efficacy of a protective stomach soft capsule on gastric mucosal damage. Methods Fifty male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, including low- , medium- and high- dose soft capsule groups （0.25, 0.50 and 1.50 g/kg. bw）, the negative control group and the model control group. All rats were re- spectively treated with their test materials for 30 d, and acute gastric mucosal damage rat models induced by ethanol were used to explore the protective effect of the soft capsule against acute gastric mucosal damage. Gastric mucosal damage of the rats in each group was observed. Results Gastric mucosal injury score indexes were significantly lower in the middle - dose and high - dose soft capsule groups than in the model control group, while gastric mueosal histopathological lesion score index of the model control group was significantly higher than that of the high- dose soft capsule group, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The soft capsule has an obvious auxiliary protective effect on ethanol - induced acute gastric mucosal damage in the rat models.
