从消渴并痞满、呕吐论治糖尿病胃轻瘫

Treatment of Diabetes from Diabetes with Fullness and Vomiting

文章系统总结作者治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床经验。我们认为糖尿病胃轻瘫相当于中医的消渴并痞满及消渴并呕吐,从"脾主运化"论治消渴的观点出发对其进行论治,阐述其病因病机及其治则治法等。为中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫提供相应的诊疗方法。

This paper summarizes our clinical experience in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. We believe that the diabetic gastroparesis is equivalent to the traditional Chinese medicine diabetes with fullness and diabetes with vomiting. From the spleen dominating transportation,it carried on the treatment and explained its pathogenesis and therapy,providing the TCM diagnosis and treatment methods forgastroparesis of diabetes mellitus.
