清肺止痉活血法治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床研究及其对PLT及D-二聚体的影响

Study of Qingfei Zhijing Huoxue Method in Treatment of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia in Children and Influence on PLT and D-two Dimer

目的:观察清肺止痉活血法治疗儿童支原体肺炎疗效,并探讨其对PLT及D-二聚体的影响。方法:选择本院于2014年1月—2014年8月收治的支原体肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组40例,对照组给与阿奇霉素治疗,10 mg/(kg·d),1次/d,连用7 d,观察组于对照组基础上给与清肺止痉活血法治疗,水煎服,1剂/d,连用7 d,比较两组疗效及PLT及D-二聚体水平。结果:观察组经治疗后总有效率39例(97.5%),明显高于对照组32例(80.0%),χ2=6.135,P<0.05。观察组退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间、住院天数分别为(1.4±0.8)d、(4.3±1.5)d、(4.1±1.3)d、(6.9±1.3)d,均明显低于对照组的,P<0.05。治疗后观察组PLT水平显著高于对照组,D-二聚体水平低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:清肺止痉活血法治疗儿童支原体肺炎疗效较佳,且可降低D-二聚体水平,改善凝血功能。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Qingfei Zhijing Huoxue method in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and to study its effect on PLT and D- two dimer. Methods： 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in the hospital in January 2014- August 2014 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups with40 cases in each group according to random number table. The control group received azithromycin treatment,10 mg /（ kg·d）,1/d,for 7 d. The observation group were given Qingfei Zhijing Huoxue method based on control group,1 dose/d,for 7 d and then we compared the curative effect and the PLT and D- dimer levels between two groups. Results： The observation group＇s total effective rate after treatment was 39 cases（ 97. 5%） and significantly higher than the control group＇s 32 cases（ 80%）,χ2= 6. 135,P〈0. 05. The observation group＇s abatement time of fever,pulmonary rales disappearance time,cough relief time and hospitalization days were（ 1. 4 ± 0. 8） d,（ 4. 3 ± 1. 5） d,（ 4. 1 ± 1. 3） d and（ 6. 9 ± 1. 3） d and were significantly lower than those of the control group,P〈0. 05. After the treatment,the observation group＇ s PLT level was significantly higher than that of the control group while two D- dimer levels were lower than those of the control group,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： The curative effect of Qingfei Zhijing Huoxue method in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is better and it can reduce two D- dimer level and improve the function of blood coagulation.
