中医药防治恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Medicine in Prevention of Myelosuppression Induced by Chemotherapy for Malignancy

从中医学病因病机、治则治法和方药应用等方面探讨中医药抗肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的作用和机制。我们以中医药防治骨髓抑制血三系下降的方剂为主对其研究进展进行综述,为临床积极防治骨髓抑制提供参考和指导,以满足临床研究的多元化需求。

To investigate the role and mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） from etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principle and methods,prescription applications,in the prevention of myelosuppression due to anti- tumor chemotherapy. We reviewed the research progression of prescriptions to prevent white blood cells,red blood cells and platelet decrease in chemotherapy induced bone marrow suppression. This will provide reference and guidance for clinical aggressively prevention of myelosuppression resulted from chemotherapy and satisfy the diverse needs of clinical research.
