Long-term Preservation Strategy of Chinese Network Information Resources

建立我国网络信息资源长期保存制度,已经成为事关国家信息安全的战略需要。本文在总结、借鉴国外实践经验的基础上,提出建立我国网络信息资源长期保存体系的基本对策:明确文献机构、信息生产传播者的保存责任;完善网络信息保存相关法律法规;制定网络信息资源搜集策略等。

To establish a network information resource long-term preservation system for our country hasbecome a strategic need of considerable importance to national information security. Based on theSummary of Foreign experience, the author advances Chinese network information resource preservationCountermeasures, such as to define preservation responsibility of documentation units and informationproducers, to perfect regulations and laws of network information preservation, and to formulate networkinformation resources collection strategy.
