摘要
针对当前许多CBR系统面临的案例库案例过时,案例数量停滞无增长,系统缺乏用户参与协作等问题,探讨了引入Web2.0与文本挖掘技术对CBR系统可产生的积极影响。鉴于此,提出了基于Web2.0与文本挖掘的CBR系统框架并说明了与传统CBR系统相比所作的改进,最后详细分析了标签、Wiki、RSS以及文本挖掘等技术在系统中的应用与实现。
With regard to some issues involved in current CBR systems, such as cases out of mode,stagnancy and zero-growth of cases in case base, the lack of user participation and collaboration, thepositive impact of Web2.0 and text mining on CBR system is elaborated firstly. Then, this paper proposesa new CBR system based on Web2.0 and text mining, and explains the improvement compared with theconventional one. Finally it fully analyzes the application and implementation of the technologies liketags, Wiki, RSS and text mining in the system.
