德尔菲法在上海市青春期女性生殖健康保健服务政策拓展中的应用研究

Study on the application of Delphi method in reproductive health care service policy expansion for adolescent girls in Shanghai

目的探讨德尔菲法在上海市青春期女性生殖健康保健服务政策拓展中的应用价值。方法根据研究主题确定专家人选,采用德尔菲专家咨询法进行问卷调查。结果两轮函询问卷的有效回收率均>80%,权威系数均>0.70,在综合考虑专家意见的基础上,基本确定了青春期女性月经问题筛查保健服务和流产后计划生育服务的服务对象和服务内容。结论此次咨询筛选的条目满足上海市青春期女性生殖健康保健服务政策拓展的需要。

Objective To explore the application value of Delphi method in reproductive health care service policy expansion for adolescent girls in Shanghai. Methods The experts were invited according to the topic of study, Delphi method was adopted for questionnaire survey. Results The effective callback rate of two rounds of mail questionnaire were more than 80%, the authority coefficients were more than 0. 70, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of experts＇ opinions, the service objects and contents of screening and health care service of menstrual problems and post-abortion family planning service among adolescent girls were determined basically. Conclusion The screened indicators can be used to expand policy of reproductive health care service among adolescent girls in Shanghai.
