坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征不孕卵泡质量和激素分泌的影响

Effect of Kuntai capsule on follicular quality and hormone secretion of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征不孕卵泡质量和激素分泌的影响。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月在该院治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者100例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片加枸橼酸氯米芬加注射用尿促性素治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用坤泰胶囊共同治疗。结果观察组患者月经恢复率、排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组搏动指数（PI）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）和雌二醇（E2）水平均高于对照组，阻力指数（RI）、血清睾酮（T）、空腹胰岛素水平（FINS）、瘦素（LP）和胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA—IR）低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论坤泰胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征能有效改善卵巢血流，提高卵泡质量，并且能改善高雄激素血症和胰岛素抵抗，提高患者的排卵率和妊娠率。

Objective To explore the effect of Kuntai capsule on follicular quality and hormoue secretion of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） . Methods One hundred PCOS patients treated in the hospital were selected from January 2013 to January 2015 as study objects, then they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets, clomiphene citrate, and gonadotropin for injection treatment. The patients in observation group were treated by Kuntai capsule based on the therapies used in control group. Results The men- strual recovery rate, ovulation rate, and pregnancy rate in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, pulsatility index （PI） , follicle-stimulating horulone （FSH） , luteinizing hormone （LH） , and estradiol （ E2 ） levels in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group; resistance index （RI）, serum testosterone （T）, fhsting insulin （FINS）, leptin （LP）, and insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Kuntai capsule can effectively improve ovarian blood flow, follicular quality, hyperandrogenemia, and insulin resistance of PCOS patients, which can improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
