考虑疲劳和工作负荷的人工拣选货品排程研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对仓储配送系统中的拣选货品操作,建立人工拣选货品的排程模型.在综合考虑工人的疲劳程度、工作负荷以及货品的最大拣选时间的基础上,为最小化工人的最大完工时间和拣选错误率,引入了人因失误率和能量阈值.求解模型得到了拣选货品的最优序列和休息位置.采用遗传算法求得模型的近似最优解,并通过算例分析验证模型的有效性.模型的可行解并不唯一,最终提供五组可行解,即五种可行方案供决策者根据实际情况进行选择. The work-rest scheduling model of the manual picking is constructed for the sorting operation in the warehousing and distribution system. On the basis of comprehensively considering the level of worker's fatigue, workload and maximum time of choosing goods, the human error rate and energy threshold are introduced. By solving the model, the optimal time of choosing goods and rest position are obtained. The approximate optimal solutions of the model can be acquired by Genetic algorithm, and the effectiveness can be verified by an numerical example. The feasible solutions of the model are not the only one, and finally five feasible solutions i.e. five feasible plans are given for decision makers to choose from according to the actual situation.
