摘要 某医药企业主要生产抗生素、青霉素、红霉素等药物,废水量为10 000 t/d,针对其有机物浓度高、氨氮浓度高、成分复杂的特点,采用水解酸化-CASS-一级BAF-芬顿-二级BAF工艺进行处理。工程实践表明,经该组合工艺处理后,出水水质达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级A标准的要求。介绍了工艺流程设计和调试运行,给出了主要构筑物设计参数。 A pharmaceutical enterprise mainly produces antibiotics, penicillin, erythromycin and other drugs with wastewater quantity of 10 000 t/d. In view of the characteristics of the said pharmaceutical wastewater such as high organic matter and ammonia nitrogen concentration, and complicated component, a combined pro-cess of hydrolytic acidification-CASS-one stage BAF-Fenton-two stage BAF was adopted for its treatment. The engineering practice showed that, through the treatment, the effluent water quality met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The process design and commissioning and operation of the project were introduced, besides, the design parameters of the main structures were pointed out.
