摘要
以黑龙江省孙吴县奋斗乡靠山村为例,针对地下水铁锰离子含量严重超标及有大肠杆菌检出等情况,设计了一套农村地下水净水工艺.采用了曝气氧化、锰砂过滤、活性炭吸附及紫外杀菌的联合净水工艺流程.该工艺设计包括设计原理、设计依据、设计流程、设备参数及注意事项.根据应用实例,测得经该净水设备净化后的水质符合国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2005),从而验证该工艺流程的合理性和可实施性.
Taking Kaoshan villageFendou townSunwu countyHeilongjiang province for example.Aiming at the iron and manganese exceed standard seriously and Escherichiacoli detected from groundwater,a set of rural water purification process of groundwater is designed in the subject.This technology adopts the aeration oxidation process, filtration with Mn sand,activated carbon adsorption and ultraviolet sterilization of the combined water purification process.The technological design includes design principles,design process,design basis.equipment parameters and maters needing attention.According to the applied example,the water quality purified by the water purification equipment accords with the nationalstandards for drinking water quality(GB 5749—2005).The result proves the rationality and practicality of this technological process.
