摘要
基于实验箱的PLC课程实验受软硬件资源的限制,实验教学模式单一、实验内容陈旧,缺乏灵活性等,提出了将组态软件融入实验教学的三种模式.以"三层电梯监控"为例,详细阐述了组态软件+PLC+物理模型对象模式的实施过程.实践表明,借助组态软件的优势,灵活采用三种模式可极大地提高实验效果,丰富实验内容,能够很好地调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,对提高学生分析和解决实际问题的能力,都具有重要的作用.
Due to the limitation of the software and hardware being fixed in experiment box for PLC source, such as single experiment teaching mode antiquated experiment, lack of flexibility etc. Three experimental teaching mode was combined by configurable software, and the implementation process of configuration software + PLC + physical model objects was specified in detail by three layers of elevator monitoring for example. Research shows that flexible use of these three models can greatly improve the experimental results, experiments rich content, mobilize the students' initiative and enthusiasm by the advantage of the configuration software, which can improve the students to analyze and solve practical problems.
