黑龙江省农民收入的结构、贡献与限制因素研究

Farmers' Income in Heilongjiang Province: Structure,Contribution and Limiting Factors

社会和经济发展使我国农民收入来源日趋多样化,农民收入结构也因此发生较大调整。黑龙江省作为全国农业大省,实现农民收入的可持续增长对社会经济和城乡一体化发展意义重大。本文以黑龙江省农民收入结构为主要研究内容,通过不同类型收入的贡献率分析黑龙江省农村居民收入结构变动与农民收入的关系,总结不同类型收入对黑龙江省农民增收的作用。研究结果表明,随着社会经济的发展,黑龙江省农民家庭经营性收入所占比例有所降低,但仍占据主体地位;工资性收入比例逐渐增加,对农民增收贡献较大;财产性收入逐渐成为农民增收的新途径;转移性收入有所增加,但对农民增收作用不显著。坚持家庭经营性收入主体地位不动摇,拓展工资性收入,稳定财产性收入和转移性收入是促进黑龙江省农民收入持续、稳定增长的有效措施。

The development of social economy makes farmers＇ income became increasingly diversified, meanwhile, the farmers＇ income structure had a larger adjustment. As a big national agricultural province, the sustainable growth of farmers＇ income in Heilongjiang Province has an important meaning to the economic development and the integration of urban and rural development. This paper chose the farmers＇ income structure as the main research content, used the contribution rate of different income types to analyze the relationship between the farmers＇ income structural and the farmers＇ income, and the purpose of the paper was to summary how the farmers＇ income structure changed could increase the farmers＇ income and provide suggestions to increase farmers＇ income. We could get the following results： with the development of social economy, the farmers＇ income structure had been changed. The farmers＇ household income was always the most important factor, but its proportion had been decreased; the wage income ratio increased gradually, which contributed to the farmers＇ income; the property income had gradually become a new way to increase the farmers＇ income; the metastatic income also increased, both the property income and the metastatic income certain extent promoted the increase of farmerss＇ income. At last, the measures to promote the stable growth of farmers＇ income in Heilongjiang Province should keep the household income primacy, increase the wage income, keep the property income and the metastatic income stable.
