摘要
针对传统继电器控制系统不能很好满足农机自动化控制需求的问题,基于PLC设计了谷物烘干机控制系统:采用模块化设计方法将控制系统分为程序初始化模块、自动进粮控制段、粮食自动烘干与设备自动保护段、故障自动显示和故障复位五大功能模块。结果表明,该控制系统可实现热风炉、干燥仓和提升机等部件的协调运行,有效降低了燃油损耗,且操作简单、物料烘干均匀。
The grain dryer control system in this study is based on PLC, as an effort to solve the problem that the traditional relay control system cannot meet the demand of agricultural machinery automation control. The grain dryer structure and drying process are analyzed, and the control system is divided into initialization module, automatic feed grain control section, automatic grain drying and protection section, automatic fault in-dication and fault reset section by using modularity design method. The result shows that this control system can enable the components like the hot blast furnace, drying bin and lifting machine to work harmoniously, and reduces the fuel consumption considerably. Furthermore, it is easy to operate.
