摘要
2012年9月12日,绍兴市市级公立医院综合改革试点工作全面实施,成为全省首个市、县公立医院综合改革试点全覆盖的地市。作为绍兴最大的市级公立医院,改革实施三年来,医院运行平稳有序,"以药养医"机制逐步破除,医疗服务能力、医院科学管理和患者就医满意度得到提升,在实施公立医院改革方面进行了有益探索。
Shaoxing municipal public hospital pilot reform was fully implemented on September 12, 2012. Shaoxing became the first city that carried out both municipal and county level public hospital reforms in Zhejiang province. As the largest municipal public hospital in Shaoxing, the operation of our hospital has been smooth and orderly in the past three years after the reform. "Covering hospital expenses with medicine revenue" mechanism is broken down step by step. Medical service capabilities, hospital scientific management and patients' satisfaction are improved, which are effective explorations for the implementation of public hospital reform.
