流程化管理在医院感染控制中的应用

Application of Routing Management in Hospital Infection Control

目的探讨流程化管理在医院感染控制中的作用。方法通过制定医院的流程化感染管理方法,在医院各科室进行临床使用,对流程化感染管理前后的医院感染率、院感得分等各项指标进行对比分析。结果进行流程化感染管理后,医用机械及常用物品的合格率(98.04%)明显优于流程化感染管理前(94.04%,P<0.05);患者的感染率(5.89%)明显优于流程化感染管理实施前(7.12%,P<0.05);医护人员的消毒率明显优于流程化感染管理实施前(P<0.05);院感得分明显优于流程化感染管理实施前(P<0.05)。结论建立流程化感染管理能明显减少医院感染的发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the role of routing management in hospital infection control. Methods Made routing infection management method and applied it to all departments of the hospital. Conducted contrast analysis on the indicators like hospital infection rate and hospital infection scores before and after the implementation of routing management. Results After taking routing infection management, the qualified rate of medical equipment and commonly used items（98.04%） was significantly better than before（94.04%, P 0.05）. Infection rate of the patients（5.89%） was significantly better than before（7.12%, P0.05）. The disinfection rate of medical staffs was significantly better than before（P 0.05）. The scores of hospital infection was significantly better than before（P0.05）. Conclusion Routing infection management can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital infection, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
