护士手卫生现状及影响因素分析

Status Quo of Nurses' Hand Hygiene and Analysis of Influencing Factors

目的研究探讨我院护理人员的手卫生现状及手卫生依从性的影响因素。方法随机选取我院180名护理人员作为研究对象,采用现场观测和问卷调查法收集了解研究对象的手卫生状况、手卫生依从性及其影响因素。结果护理人员手卫生执行不规范,总体手卫生依从率为(27.34±19.25)%,不同科室及工龄的护士手卫生依从率差异有显著性(P<0.05),而不同年龄、学历、职称的护理人员手卫生依从率无显著差异。在护士执行手卫生的影响因素中,最主要的三项条目依次是工作太忙、清洁剂、消毒剂刺激皮肤、没有针对洗手或擦手的奖惩措施。结论护理人员手卫生状况亟待提高,医院管理者应加强管理,加大宣传教育,采取多种措施提高护理人员手卫生水平。

Objective To study and explore the status quo of nurses＇ hand hygiene in our hospital and the influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance. Methods In total of 180 nurses from our hospital were included in our study. Field observation and questionnaire survey were adopted to study the status quo of hand hygiene, hand hygiene compliance and the influencing factors. Results Nurses did not follow the standard of hand hygiene strictly and the general compliance rate of hand hygiene was（27.34±19.25） %. There were significant differences of hand hygiene compliance rates among nurses from different departments or with different working age（P0.05）. However, there were no significant difference of compliance rates among nurses with different age, education background or professional title. Among the influencing factors of nurses＇ hand hygiene, the most important three ones included busy work, detergents and disinfectants irritating skin and no rewarding and punishment measures for hand-washing. Conclusion The nurses＇ hand hygiene need to be improved. Managers of hospitals should strengthen management as well as publicity and education and promote hand hygiene level of nurses with various methods.
