摘要
通过对2种不同地点、不同含金品位黄铁矿的单矿物和实际矿石浮选试验,研究新型捕收剂2-甲基-5-己基黄药(ZJ-6)与丁基黄药对比下的含金黄铁矿捕收性能。利用红外光谱分析和紫外吸附量测试等技术以及浮选理论研究新型捕收剂ZJ-6的作用机理和构效关系。研究结果表明:新药剂ZJ-6的波长明显比常规黄药的高,说明随着黄药碳链碳原子数增加,药剂的亲固能力明显提高,而当碳原子数大于4个时,药剂的亲固能力变化较小,本文设计的新药剂通过改变碳链长度和非极性基的电子效应,增加疏水性能的同时增加了药剂的亲固能力,提高药剂捕收性能。
The performance of a novel collector 2- methyl-5- hexyl xanthate was evaluated for the flotation tests using pyrite and ores containing different gold grades from two different deposits in comparison with butyl xanthate. Using FTIR, UV-vis spectroscopy and flotation theory, the mechanism of new collector ZJ-6 and structure-activity relationship were studied. The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of the new collector ZJ-6 peaks at larger value is higher than that of other collectors. The affability of collectors to sulfide significantly increases with the increase of alkyl chain length till butyl, and from then on only slight difference is observed. In other words, by modulating the alkyl chain length and the electronic effect of nonpolar groups, the affability of collectors to sulfide compounds and hydrophobicity can be enhanced, and hence the performance of collectors is improved.
