摘要
采用超声处理制备了二氧化硅纳米颗粒增强Al-7Si-0.3Mg纳米复合材料,并将制备的试样进行了力学性能测试及显微结构分析。试验结果表明,添加1%的纳米二氧化硅,使得合金中的共晶硅得到明显的细化,显著提高了铸态Al-7Si-0.3Mg合金的力学性能。在T6热处理后其屈服强度、抗拉强度得到进一步提高,但其延展性却没有实现大幅度的提升。
Silicon dioxide nanoparticles reinforced aluminum matrix nanocomposite was fabricated by ultrasonic processing. The mechanical properties and microstructures of the prepared samples were analyzed.Experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the as-cast Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloy were increased with the addition of 1 wt% Si O2 nanoparticales. The main reason could be attributed to the modification of eutectic Si and grain refinement. The nanocomposites were further enhanced in yield and tensile strength after T6 heat treatment, but ductility did not improved greatly.
