摘要 针对车用高锰钢履带板静压造型铸造存在的问题和高密度湿型粘土砂的局限性,结合高锰钢材质的冶金特性和力学性能,以及车用高锰钢履带板的特殊性,通过对静压造型铸造成型进行工艺开发,提出适合静压造型技术装备铸造车用高锰钢履带板的铸造成型工艺和高密度湿型粘土砂工艺,并在生产上得到了良好的应用,显著提高了车用高锰钢履带板的质量,取得了较大的经济技术效益。 In accordance with the existing problems on static molding of creeper trucks of high-manganese steel used for special vehicle and the limitation on molding process of green sand with high density, combined with metallurgical characters and mechanical properties of high manganese steel, and specificity on track shoe of high manganese steel used for special vehicle, the process development on static molding was investigated. A kind of green sand with high density and new casting molding process, were developed to fit static molding of track shoe of high manganese steel used for special vehicle. The obvious economical and technical benefits were obtained in the good production application because of improved quality of track shoe.
