摘要 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察1.3 m Cr5锻钢支承辊在热处理过程中其金相组织的演变过程。结果表明:在调质热处理阶段,表面组织为回火马氏体和回火贝氏体,次表面为回火贝氏体和珠光体;在差温热处理阶段,表面为回火马氏体,次表面为少量回火贝氏体和珠光体;1/2R到心部区域,在调质和差温阶段均是珠光体。珠光体中的碳化物状态在调质淬火的冷却过程中已经形成,差温加热进一步促进碳化物的球化,而回火阶段对球化影响不大。 An optical micorscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microseopy were used to observe how the metallographie structure of Cr5 steel forged backup roils 1.3 meter long evolves in the heat treatment. The result reveals the surface microstructure consists of tempered martensite and bainite, and the sub-surface microstructure is made up of tempered bainite and pearlite at quanching and tempering stage, and the surface mierostrueture consists of tempered martensite and the sub-surface microstructure is a small amount of tempered bainite and pearlite at temperature, -differential heating treatment, the region from 1/2 R to the center is pearlite at the both stages. Carbide has formed in the pearlite during the cooling process of the quenching ang tempering treatment and is spheroidized further by the temperature-differenc, ial beating, whereas the tempering treatment has no obvious influence on the spheroidizatinn.
