摘要
针对钢包加热过程中需要严格按照升温曲线加热升温的问题,设计出一种基于预测控制原理的PID控制器,用于对钢包内部的加热温度进行控制,该控制器通过将预定温度值与实测温度值进行自校正计算,根据计算结果自动调整空气和燃气的比例来调节钢包内部的温度。生产实践证明,该套钢包烘烤控制系统能够按照预先设定好的温度曲线对钢包进行加热,具有良好的可靠性与安全性。
It is required the heating temperature rises strictly according to the heating curve when a ladle is being heated. For this requirement, a predictive control-based PID controller is designed to control the temperature in ladles. The controller performs correction calculation with preset and measured temperatures and uses the calculation results to adjust the ratio between air and gas to control the temperature in ladles. The production practice has proved that with the controller, the ladle backing system can heat ladles according to preset temperature curves and have excellent reliablity and safety.
