摘要
介绍利用有限元分析方法解决力学问题时所遇到的一些问题,以及解决方法。以实际工程案例对利用有限元对非对称结构问题、圆角应力敏感问题以及标准件连接问题进行分析时应采取的具体方法进行了说明,指出尽管目前有限元方法能够对很多传统解析法难以解决的问题给出较准确的分析结果,但有限元方法仍有很大局限,设计师应在掌握有限元基础理论的基础上,将有限元方法与实验及解析法相互验证,以便得到有限元校验规范,确保有限元分析结果的准确。
A finite element analysis method may get troubles in solving mechanics problems. The paper provides the solution for that and takes acutal engineering cases for example to explain how the finite element analysis method analyzes asymmetric structure, stress sensitivity on round corner and connection of standard parts and point out that although the method can give accurate analysis results for the problems that can not be solved with conventional analytical methods, it still has great restriction. So, the result of the finite element analysis method is validated with the results of test methods and analytical methods in order to ensure the result accuracy of the finite element analysis method.
